All repairs come with our comprehensive warranty covering both parts and labor. The warranty period varies depending on the type of repair performed. Standard repairs are typically covered for 90 days, while major component replacements may have extended warranty periods.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and replacement parts installed during the repair. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to our repair work, we will fix it at no additional charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair or problems with components not serviced during the repair.
If you experience issues with a repaired appliance within the warranty period, contact us immediately. Provide your service receipt and describe the problem. We will schedule a follow-up visit to assess and resolve the issue.
If you are not satisfied with our repair service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure the repair meets your expectations.
Our diagnostic service fee is charged to assess appliance issues and provide repair quotes. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Replacement parts installed during repairs are covered by manufacturer warranties in addition to our service warranty. We use quality parts that meet or exceed original specifications.
